To confirm any experience, advance payment is required under the following conditions:

• Experiences under 100,000 FCFA: 100% payment in advance at the time of booking.

• Experiences equal to or above 100,000 FCFA: 50% payment in advance to confirm the booking, with the remaining balance to be paid no later than 24 hours before the start of the excursion.

Transport costs, when not included in the package, will be confirmed in advance depending on the number of participants and the type of vehicle required.

For tailor-made experiences or activities subject to third-party reservations (ferries, hotels, safaris, restaurants or special activities), specific conditions may apply.

Cancellation Policy

Once the booking has been confirmed and payment has been made, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances.

In certain situations, and depending on the nature of the experience, DakarByDays may, exceptionally and at its sole discretion, offer a change of date subject to availability.
